We proceed to mythical Argos; one of the oldest cities in the world. Here we visit the historic theatre (built in 320 B.C.) and the adjacent Roman Agora and Baths. Next is the first capital of modern Greece, the protected settlement city of Nafplion. Visit the Venetian fortress of Palamidi, and admire the fortified isle of Bourtzi.

Then we reach Epidaurus, and their impressive ancient theatre! With its amazing acoustics, it is among the best preserved classical Greek theaters listed in UNESCO World Heritage monuments. Our private day trip returns to Athens in late afternoon, via the amazing coastal road to Corinth, where you can admire small gulfs, crystal blue waters and lush vegetation.
